By placing an order with Sort My CV, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. If you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions, we recommend you do not use our website.

 

Occasionally, we may update these Terms and Conditions. If such changes occur after you have placed an order with Sort My CV, the original Terms and Conditions at the time of your order will apply.

 

A contract with our service will only exist once Sort My CV has accepted your order. We may refuse an order without prior notice but will inform you within 24 hours of your order. If refused, we will fully refund you.

 

All prices on the Sort My CV website are subject to change without prior notice. Sort My CV is not liable for these changes. If prices change after you place an order, the price at the time of purchase will apply.

 

To complete your order, we collect personal information such as contact details, education, and employment history. If this information is not readily available from your order, we will contact you to gather this information.

 

Sort My CV requires payment in advance to begin your order, processed through our online store. A payment link can also be requested by our Payment Service Providers (PSP) Square and Stripe.

 

If you place an incorrect order, we will contact you to advise you of this and arrange for any difference in cost to be settled. If you choose not to continue, we will fully refund you.

 

Once you have received your order, we will assume it is complete unless you advise us that adjustments are required. To be as efficient as possible, we recommend you outline any required adjustments in an email and send it to info@sortmycv.co.uk.

 

We provide our services in good faith, and all orders are completed to the best of our knowledge by experienced CV writers. Sort My CV cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage resulting from our advice.

 

Sort My CV cannot be held liable for any complications or inconveniences incurred by the customer as a result of failing to meet our average turnaround time. No refunds will be given in such instances.

 

For the quickest delivery, please consider our "Professionals" service option, which is delivered within 24 hours. This is an average time measured from the point of consultation once booking has been made.

 

The services provided by Sort My CV are goods "made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised." Therefore, our services are exempt from normal distance selling regulations.

 

As part of our ongoing commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, we guarantee to revise your CV until you are completely satisfied. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee, supported by 12 months of free amendments. We do not offer any refunds.
